What are the eligibility requirements?
Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
Residents of the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands) are eligible to participate in any one or all of GiftConga?s product giveaway sites that can be accessed from www.giftconga.com.
Each participant is allowed to have only one account, per household address, per product giveaway site.
Participants can have multiple accounts, assuming that they limit themselves to one account per product giveaway site.
What do I have to do to get my free product?
Obtaining your free product from GiftConga™ is straightforward and requires you to perform the following steps:
Sign up for a user account with your email address, contact information, and a password on any one of our product giveaway sites for which you are eligible and complete the required number of online offer(s). The exact number of required offers is different for each product giveaway site and is determined by the retail value of the product.
Refer the applicable number of your friends to sign up for an account via your referral link and each completes the required online offer(s). The exact number of required referrals is different for each product giveaway site and is determined by the retail value of the product. You can find the exact number of referrals needed to obtain a particular product by accessing the "Refer Friends" page in your account.
Receive your free product from us! We also provide shipping for it free of charge. Please be aware that to receive your free product from us, your account must first be approved by our Fraud Detection Team.
What exactly is a "referral link" and why do I need to refer my friends?
A referral link is a unique hyperlink specific to each of our product giveaway sites and assigned to you when you initially sign up for an account with us. This link ensures that you obtain proper credit to your respective accounts for referring your friends to any of our product giveaway sites.
Why does your Fraud Detection Team have to approve my account?
Our Fraud Detection Team has two major tasks. First, they need to ensure that you have in fact met the initial offer requirements of 1.) Completing the required online offer(s) yourself and 2.) Referring a specified number of your friends (the exact number determined by the particular product giveaway site) who have each completed the required online offer(s) as well. Second and more importantly, our Fraud Detection Team checks that you have provided legitimate and unique leads to our participating advertising partners. Our advertising partners will not pay us a referral fee for sending them new customers who don?t meet the aforementioned qualifications. This would in effect mean that GiftConga™ would not have received the necessary revenue to cover the costs associated with your free product. Our Fraud Detection Team must therefore ensure that your account and your referrals are all legitimate and unique.
What would prevent my account or my friends' accounts from being approved?
The following list provides some common reasons that your account would not meet approval (but is not all inclusive). A user may have his/her account placed on hold for one or more of the following reasons:
Creating more than one user account for the same product giveaway site.
Creating more than one user account at the same household address.
Creating fraudulent/fictitious referrals.
Causing us to receive negative feedback from one of our advertising partners, such as signing up for an online offer subscription and then immediately cancelling.
Spamming his/her referral link or posting it online in forums or message boards where it is unwelcome.
